We have worked with Shane and Kym for two years as they managed our rental property very professionally (it was our family home before we moved inter-state) and then recently transacted the sale of the property when we needed to sell. During both renting and selling, Shane and Kym were extremely professional, were on top of every detail, and made us completely comfortable during each step. We were totally reliant on their advice and support as we were inter-state, and they always delivered exactly as promised. We never had any issues with our tenants, and the recent sales process was extremely smooth and easy. Thank you so much to both of them. We absolutely recommend Shane and Kym to anyone looking to manage their rental property or sell their home.

If I could give minus 100 stars I would! The property manager is so unprofessional! Rental increment every 6 months when I was already paying $650/week. ended up taking them to court for the unprofessional bullying. The property was not repainted been 10 years old with damages and wall marks throughout which was clearly evident on the ingoing inspection report signed. during the property inspections the property manager had the audacity to blame me for the pre existing damages. Lets not mention the ridiculous baseless fault findings. I had professional cleaner come in every 2 weeks to clean the property yet the property manager will bully you with totally unreasonable comments. My bond was used for unauthorised purposes. Dispite the accusasion of me not paying rents I invite the property manager to provide proof of this faluse claim.just read Brittneys comments below, what sort of professionalism is this? attacking people by calling them names and insulting their profession. It a very simple assessment, just have a look at the other negative reviews and you will see the pattern of insults and name calling. you must ask yourself if this person can react in such a way to any negative reviews then clearly there is a common denominator which is in fact herself.If you are looking to lease stay clear of them. If you are an investor stay clear of them as they will damage your cash flow for your property been vacant. Its no wonder the owner ended up changing agencys after I terminated the lease. People bewear!!!!I kept on eye on this property after I moved out, why would the owners change to a different realestate agency if Britney wasn't the problem.Never in my 14 years of property careers have I ever encountered such unprofessional bullying as a property manager.Thank goodness I took her to court and stood my rights as a good tenant. I now live in an excellent property with such kind services. Always been praised for the keeping the property well maintained.I Personally have 3 investment properties and manged my own properties. I have lovely tenants who stay long term and for their loyalty I do not bully them with unreasonable rental increment bullying...If any one is considering her services I urged you to please get in touch with me so I can show you all the bullying which are all been kept as evidence.

We've spent the last 12 months renting through Acton Vic Park and have had the most amazing experience we could possibly ask for. Any maintenance needed has been done instantly there has always been clear communication (a huge thank you to Brooke and Brittany) and even the process of finding a new rental was amazing (a big thank you to Betty). As tenants this has been such a breath of fresh air that myself and my wife aren't just looked at as money in the property owners pocket and we have always been well looked after. Thank you Acton!

Kym and Shane Vasilie sold our house, and from our experience, they are the most down-to-earth people and agents around. They are honest, and gave us accurate and realistic feedback after each home open. We felt we were getting good value for money too, because the pair worked together in selling the house, so prospective buyers could approach either of them at home opens. It was definitely a way of leaving no stone unturned.Also, because we were getting two experienced agents who knew the area, we felt ‘Team Vasilie’ gave us the best possible chance to sell our house.We are very pleased with the outcome of selling with the Vasilies, and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house in the City of Canning or Town of Victoria Park area.
